Visualization. 想象。Whenever I feel like giving up, I visualize my dream materializing in front of me. 当我想要放弃的时候，我都会想像自己梦想成真。I imagine I am standing right there looking at my dream vacation place, or spinning the chair at my favorite company, or eating my favorite mom-made dish, or driving that one car I've always wanted. I close my eyes and imagine myself doing what I want to do. I make-believe, like a kid. 我会想像自己站在梦想的度假胜地，或者在我最爱的公司里面上班，或者正在品尝麻麻做的菜，或者开着我一度想要的车。我闭上眼睛，想像自己此刻正在做着一切我想做的。我像个孩子一样做白日梦。This gives me a head start and a much-needed motivation straightaway.
