Da Qi, born on March 18, 1934 in Huaide County, Fufeng Mountain, Jilin Province, formerly known as Qi Fujun, graduated from Changchun Post and Telecommunications Senior Vocational School. He is a renowned film performing artist, producer, director, and former deputy director of Fujian Film Studio and director of the China Film Association. In the early 1990s, he settled in Australia and has been engaged in cultural and artistic exchanges between Australia and China. He has served as a columnist for Ocean Media and Vice Chairman of the Oceania Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
达奇，1934年3月18日出生于吉林省阜丰山下怀德县，原名齐福君，毕业于长春邮电高级职业学校，著名电影表演艺术家、制片人、导演、曾任福建电影制片厂副厂长、中国电影家协会理事。九十年代初赴澳定居，一直从事澳中之间文化艺术交流，曾任大洋传媒专栏作家，大洋洲文联副主席等。

In 1956, Dutch won the Young Artist Award at the 11th Karovi Fali International Film Festival for his role in "The Frontier War". In 1961, Dutch officially transferred from the Railway Art Troupe to Changchun Film Studio and became a professional film actor. In 1979, the color feature film Ji Hongchang (the first and second episodes) starring Dutch was rated as one of the best feature films in the third popular film "Hundred Flowers Award Award".
