[01:02]If we learn to love ourselves without reservation, and to love the world in the same way, the answer is simple. [01:13]It is impossible, when filled with love, to be aggressive or hate-filled or violent. [01:22]When we know that we are beautiful and wonderful, we see the world through those eyes. [01:29]We see the beauty and wonder in all things around us. [01:35]We don’t need to look outside ourselves for the love we seek. [01:41]It has been there all along.
