[00:08]A feline perspective [00:12]There once was a kitty named Bear. [00:15]He loved to play, run outside and chase spiders. [00:21]He was a happy cat without a care in the world. [00:26]He would often sit on top of the fence next to his owner’s condo and listen to all the human noises. [00:34]His eyes would shut halfway as he would wonder what all the noise was about and why they felt [00:43]it important to create it day after day, night after night. [00:50]Shouts, laughter, tears, whirring and buzzing of objects, incessant voices of the big brown box, clomping of feet, chitchat and snoring would fill his delicate feline ears. [01:08]Humans are odd, indeed. [01:11]Why can’t they see the beauty that is all around them? Locked up in their giant boxes, they very rarely played. [01:21]Only the little humans played, but if they played too long or with too much delight then the big humans would make them stop. [01:32]Bear was both amused and saddened by these unnatural creatures. [01:38]He tried to console them and make them play from time to time, but this was always short-lived, if that. [01:49]Eventually Bear gave up his attempts and abandoned the fence outside. [01:56]Running away into the fields, he declared to never become human, if he had any say in the matter. [02:05]No, sir, no one was going to turn this kitty into a cooped up noise box.
