1. 强调句中，强调结构的疑问句形式经常出现，此时be需要提至it前。

Is it you that want to go back to Beijing next week?

正是你下周要去北京吗？

Was it the old man who helped you solve the problems?

就是这位老人帮助你解决了这些问题吗？

—Was it yesterday that he was fired？

—Yes . it was.

——他是昨天被解雇的吗？

——是的。

2. 强调句的反义疑问句总是针对主句it is/was进行反问。

It was at this shop that he was caught stealing goods, wasn't it ?

就是在这个商店他被捉住偷东西了，是吗？

It is on Saturday that we needn't go to school, isn't it ?

就是在周六我们不必上学，是吗？

3. 强调句的特殊疑问句：疑问词+ is/was + it + that ...
