First, let's review the different types of milk you can buy.
首先来复习下不同种类的牛奶。

Before, we learned that milk can be divided based on how much fat was in the milk. There's regular or whole milk, 2% milk, 1% milk, and nonfat or skimmed milk.
之前学习了牛奶可以根据其中的脂肪含量分为全脂，2%，1%和脱脂。

Now let's learn more types of milk and dairy products.

Organic milk

Well, organic milk is different from regular milk in that the cows eat organic feed.

Organic milk is often viewed as "healthier" because it is more natural.

Now, let's go onto my favorite type of milk: chocolate milk!

Chocolate milk is just like regular milk, but chocolate syrup or cocoa powder is added into it to make it taste like chocolate.

A special kind of milk that you might find in the dairy aisle is called "lactose-free" milk.

Since a lot of people are allergic to the enzyme lactose that is found in milk, "lactose-free" milk takes out that enzyme so it doesn't give people stomach aches who are lactose-intolerant.

A very popular brand of "lactose-free" milk is called "Lactaid".

Coffee creamer is different from milk because coffee creamer doesn't actually have any dairy in it! However, we'll include it here because you will probably see it in the dairy aisle.
奶精和牛奶不一样因为它不是真正意义上的乳制品(里边没有牛奶哦)。但你在奶制品区也可能找到它。

Coffee creamer is a popular way to flavor coffee and make it taste better.
奶精是种常用于咖啡中，让咖啡更好喝。

1/2 and 1/2
一半一半(一半鲜奶油一半全脂奶)

Another thing that you can add to your coffee is 1/2 and 1/2. Unlike coffee creamer, 1/2 and 1/2 is a dairy product. This is because 1/2 and 1/2 is made out of cream and whole milk.
另外一种可以加入咖啡的是"1/2 and 1/2"。和奶精不同的是，它是一种乳制品。因为它是由一半奶油和全脂奶做的。

Heavy cream

Heavy cream is different from other dairy products you might find in the dairy aisle because it's mainly used as an ingredient for other things.

For example, heavy cream is often added into dessert receipes.

Yogurt
酸奶

Yogurt is a dairy product because it is basically fermented milk. It might sound gross, but yogurt is very yummy and healthy for you, too!

Again, it's important to remember that most stores will have dairy products all in the same section or aisle.
